Found this restaurant in Matraville. Totally impressed with the menu & wine list. All the dishes were fantastic, can’t single out any dish. Wow blown away the best restaurant within 10km. I’ll be back with more photos. Hidden Gem!!!! We celebrated my 25th birthday at Saint Blaise and also found our new favourite restaurant. We shared a rustic tuna tartar from the special menu on the mirror, a yummy, unique calamari bean stew and the lamb ragu - the bread we had with it was phenomenal and I had to ask for more twice to be able to dip the yummy sauces. Paired with Austrian Wine and beer with our meals just felt like a trip to Europe - or a trip back home. We concluded this wonderful feast with a delicious homemade chocolate cake. I'm still dreaming about this wonderful dinner and we will be back soon. This place is close to our heart and we can highly recommend to take your time and enjoy the experience. This restaurant is such a cute atmosphere, tucked away down a lane way, just an amazing place for a dinner experience. Staff are friendly and attentive, food is amazing. Have been twice now and will be back for more! Highly recommend the roast beef and chorizo and prawn small plates as well as the lamb ragu pasta and seafood stew. More
